ISS is seeking a Security Automation & AI Engineer in Warsaw, Poland. You will serve as technical lead for automation and AI initiatives in the Information Security function.

The role focuses on identifying, designing, implementing and improving automation solutions to increase efficiency and governance. You will design and implement AI-enabled workflows, integrate with Jira, GRC, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other enterprise tools, and drive data quality and security controls across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in security automation or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience integrating Jira with security and other systems.
• Proficient in Python and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of security, risk, compliance and audit processes.
• English proficiency required.

• Identify processes suitable for automation and AI enablement.
• Design and build automation using Copilot Studio and Azure.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for audits and questionnaires.
