Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to oversee administration and maintenance of enterprise productivity, messaging, and identity management across hybrid cloud environments. You will manage identity federation, troubleshoot authentication, and ensure service availability while partnering with internal IT teams to strengthen security.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 across enterprise environments, including Exchange Online and on-premises.
- Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID experience in enterprise settings.
- Experience with OKTA and federation architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
- Experience in large multinational enterprise environments and cross-team collaboration.

- Provide technical support and administration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Manage Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises
