Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 across enterprise environments, including Exchange Online and on-premises.
- Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID experience in enterprise settings.
- Experience with OKTA and federation architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex IT environments.
- Experience in large multinational enterprise environments and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Manage Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises
- Support hybrid Exchange environments and migrations
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity services
- Administer OKTA and identity federation
- Resolve authentication, access and permission issues
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to drive improvements and security
