SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist to lead tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. You will handle identity and directory challenges, including Entra ID, federation, and access management, while guiding customers through security and compliance considerations.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering MS 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations including Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance.
• Hands-on work with migration tools listed (QuestOnDemand, Migration Manager, BitTitan, ShareGate).
• Solid understanding of MS 365 licensing models (E3/E5, Business Premium).

• Lead end-to-end tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
