Generali is seeking an experienced MS Copilot Studio Specialist to design, develop, deploy and maintain Copilot Studio agents across enterprise processes, integrating with Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and APIs.

You will translate business requirements into agent architectures, collaborate with IT, security, and stakeholders, and drive governance, testing, and documentation while keeping up with AI best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in intelligent automation, low-code development, conversational AI, or agentic automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio as the primary required skill.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio topics, actions, prompts, knowledge sources, authentication, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Understanding governance, security, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI principles for enterprise agents.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Translate business requirements into agent architectures, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and integrations.
• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, solution design assessments, and technical evaluations for agentic automation initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including solution design, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot Studio agents for reliability and performance.
• Stay up to date with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, generative AI governance and responsible AI best practices.
