SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft 365 Migration & Identity Specialist to lead tenant‑to‑tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. You will work with customers, architects, and delivery teams to design secure, compliant migration strategies with minimal business disruption.

You will leverage Entra ID expertise, licensing knowledge, and security capabilities while guiding Copilot readiness and governance, in a hybrid Milan-based role.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity governance and access management.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools such as QuestOnDemand Migration, Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models (E3, E5, Business Premium, add-ons).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance (Defender, Purview, DLP, eDiscovery) and Conditional Access.
• Experience supporting Copilot readiness, governance, and user enablement initiatives.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and migrations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams with strategy design and cutover execution.
• Manage and troubleshoot identity and directory challenges (Entra ID, domain consolidation, federation, user lifecycle).
• Utilize migration platforms to deliver secure and efficient migration projects.
• Assess and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 security solutions including Defender and DLP; governance and compliance tools.
• Support Copilot readiness and governance with best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and produce runbooks.
