Technogym is seeking a highly skilled Metal Processing Technologist with deep expertise in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining. You will be the technical reference point for our manufacturing operations, leading process design and setting the quality benchmark to drive cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing.

Competenze
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.

- Set and own the technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
- Manage technical documentation and design internal training programmes that elevate skills and culture of the manufacturing team.
- Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, driving timely updates to existing standards.
- Work with R&D, Quality, Production to turn design ambitions into manufacturable, compliant reality.
- Lead testing and validation of components to ensure performance and safety.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to push processes and materials to higher quality and efficiency.
