Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
• Manage technical documentation and design internal training programmes that elevate skills and culture of the manufacturing team.
• Scout and evaluate emerging technologies, driving timely updates to existing standards.
• Work with R&D, Quality, Production to turn design ambitions into manufacturable, compliant reality.
• Lead testing and validation of components to ensure performance and safety.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to push processes and materials to higher quality and efficiency.
