Satispay in Milan is seeking a Head of Brand to own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging storytelling with measurable business impact across every touchpoint.

You will lead and mentor a high‑performing brand team, establish clear rituals and processes, and collaborate closely with Growth and Product to ensure brand initiatives drive acquisition, retention and product launches.

• 10+ years in brand management or creative direction.

• Creative Production - Owning the production of creative assets, ensuring every output meets a consistently high bar of quality, craft, and brand consistency.
• Brand Activation - Driving ATL and BTL activations, bringing the brand to life in bold and memorable ways.
• Social Media & Community - Steering presence across channels and building an influencer strategy.
• Brand Strategy & Insights - Shaping identity and grounding decisions in research and listening.
• Leadership & Team Rituals - Mentoring the team, establishing design reviews, sprints, and feedback loops.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Partnering with Growth and Product to align brand with acquisition and launches.
• Performance-Driven Branding - Defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs for brand awareness and consideration.
