Job summary

Civitanavi Systems, now part of the Honeywell Group, is seeking a MEMS and ASIC Designer to join our HW team in Turin or Porto Sant’Elpidio. You will design, model and verify MEMS sensors and packaging, collaborating with ASIC, FPGA, PCB, firmware and test engineers to deliver embedded solutions for CNS systems.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Electronics or related field, strong MEMS knowledge, experience with MEMS design tools and a capability to work autonomously within

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or related discipline.
• Experience in MEMS development and sensor-package co-design.
• Knowledge of MEMS sensing principles and transduction mechanisms.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into MEMS sensor and package specifications.
• Design, model and simulate MEMS sensing structures and control loops.
• Develop MEMS device package concepts considering mechanical/thermal aspects.
• Coordinate interfaces with foundries and packaging suppliers.
• Define verification plans and support environmental/reliability tests.
• Create sensor/package design documentation and traceability.
