Job summary

The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence is seeking a Member Relations Host to be the face of our community space. You’ll welcome guests, give tours, host events, and connect members, turning daily interactions into lasting relationships while keeping operations smooth.

Fluency in Italian and English is preferred, with additional languages a plus. A hospitality background and a calm, proactive mindset help you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing role and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere

Qualifications

• A solid background in hospitality, ideally in hotels or guest-facing spaces.
• A natural gift for connecting with people and solving problems quickly.
• Italian and English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset and staying calm during peak periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Legally permitted to work in Italy (EU citizenship or valid permit).

As our Member Relations Host, you are the face of our community space and the primary connector for everyone who walks through the door. You will turn simple daily interactions into lasting relationships, keeping the space lively and operations smooth. What You’ll Have
