Job summary

The Social Hub Florence is looking for a Member Programme Intern to help design and run in-hub events, from intimate gatherings to larger programming moments. You’ll coordinate with speakers, partners, and members, and assist with logistics, RSVPs, and room setup.

Join a dynamic, multinational team, contribute ideas, and help shape programming that our members genuinely love. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and full-time internship involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, organised, and comfortable managing moving parts.
• A creative eye — you care about the details that make an event feel special.
• Strong communicator who’s confident reaching out to speakers and partners.
• Genuinely curious about community, culture, and what brings people together.
• Previous event or volunteering experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, coordinate, and run in-hub events — from intimate gatherings to bigger programming moments.
• Liaise with speakers, partners, and members to bring events together.
• Support on logistics: scheduling, app updates, comms, room setup, and on-the-day delivery.
• Gather feedback after events and help refine what works.
• Contribute ideas for new programming that fits our community.
