The Social Hub, Florence-based, seeks a Member Programme Intern to help craft memorable in-hub events and build a vibrant community. You’ll coordinate speakers, partners, and guests, manage logistics, and gather feedback to refine future programming.
This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Applicants must be EU students in Hospitality/Business/Marketing/Sales, fluent in Italian and English, and available for 39 hours per week for six months.
Florence is buzzing and our in-hub events are where the energy comes to life. As our Member Programme Intern, you ll help bring the social heartbeat of our space to life, from intimate gatherings to buzzy programming moments that our community genuinely looks forward to. Some days you ll be coordinating speakers, instructors and guests and the next chasing RSVPs and setting up a room just right. Other days you ll be brainstorming new ideas, gathering feedback from the night before or helping to shape what our members experience next. No two shifts look the same and that s exactly the point. If you love the buzz of a well-run event and get excited about building the kind of community people actually want to be part of, you ll feel right at home here.
At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn t depend on who negotiates best.
Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
