UW Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller at our Verona branch. You will accurately handle teller transactions while recognizing opportunities to recommend UW Credit Union products and services that align with our members’ financial goals. You will build strong relationships with members in the Verona branch.

You’ll strive to meet performance goals, maintain knowledge of all UW Credit Union offerings, and support the branch team to provide exceptional service to every member who walks in.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Confidence with cash handling and transactions.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
• Team player who can jump in where needed.
• Ability to work in an autonomous environment.

• Welcome and assist members at Verona branch, representing UW Credit Union.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with Members for Life philosophy.
• Keep a good understanding of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follow Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
• Build relationships with members, understand needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
• Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
• Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
