The Social Hub in Belfiore is seeking a Member Operations Intern to be the quiet engine behind our coworking spaces, handling bookings and member queries with care.

You’ll lead tours, troubleshoot on the fly, and help the team tighten up how things run, ensuring the space feels welcoming and well‑organized.

You are enrolled at an EU university, studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field, fluent in Italian and English, for a 39‑hour per week, 6‑month internship.

Competenze

• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Practical problem-solver who takes initiative.
• Familiarity with coworking/booking platforms is a plus.
• Team player willing to roll up sleeves.
• Calm under pressure when space is busy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• EU university student, available for 39 hours/week for 6 months.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day running of coworking spaces and rooftop operations.
• Monitor the space and flag maintenance issues.
• Assist with member queries related to facilities and access.
