WeWork is hiring a Community Manager in Milan to own the member experience across multiple buildings. You will lead a team, resolve member issues, and ensure adherence to WeWork standards while driving satisfaction and retention.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and operations skills within a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes base pay of €52,000 gross per year, with a 15% incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 5+ years or equivalent hospitality/related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience leading a team.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, project management and operations experience.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with integrity and accountability.

Mansioni

• Own member experience across multiple buildings in your portfolio.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and act as first point of contact.
• Meet members to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics and drive improvement plans.
• Lead team coaching, performance reviews and development plans.
• Assist with budget setting and operational standards.
• Collaborate with sales, asset and real estate teams on building initiatives.
