Talent Garden is seeking a Community Manager for our Milan campus. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, overseeing hospitality, and managing community initiatives that foster connections. Candidates should have about 2 years of relevant experience, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess strong organizational skills. • Around 2 years of experience in roles combining community, hospitality, events, operations, or customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a hospitality mindset.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented.
