Hantech Medical Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate customer projects from initiation through implementation and completion.

The role connects customers with our Italian manufacturing site, aligning requirements, timelines and technical activities while coordinating internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in project management, engineering or manufacturing and is eager to build a career in project management within the medical device industry.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manufacturing, Materials Science or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in project management, engineering, technical or manufacturing roles.
Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Mansioni

Coordinate customer projects from initiation to completion.
Act as a key contact between customers and internal teams.
Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback.
Work with Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D and other internal functions.
Monitor progress, identify issues and follow up on actions.
Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and status updates.
Support new product introduction and industrialization projects.
Coordinate with China-based teams when required.
Occasionally travel to visit customers or attend trade shows.
