Job summary

Enovis, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to cover Emilia Romagna and Toscana from its Milan Italian branch. You will manage and grow your client portfolio, lead the full sales cycle, and develop the commercial network in physiotherapy channels.

We expect a minimum of 3 years in sales, strong negotiation skills, willingness to travel across Italy, and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Italy; living in or near Milan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio within Emilia Romagna and Toscana.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and order closing.
• Source new business opportunities through direct prospecting and networking.
• Develop the commercial network with a focus on the physiotherapy channel.
• Monitor the sales pipeline to achieve targets and growth goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities.
• Participate in events, trade fairs, and promotional/training initiatives.
