Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Business Support intern to assist the Mentor Italy and France teams. You will help ensure promotional materials are ready, support the marketing plan execution, and analyze market data to generate insights.

You will also support warranty programs, events, and data management for implants in a collaborative, international setting. The role requires a Master’s degree student in a related field, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and advanced English, with a

Qualifications

• Current Master’s degree student in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (university internship agreement required).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work in a cross-functional, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial readiness by ensuring availability of promotional materials, tools and digital assets, in coordination with EMEA Marketing.
• Assist in the execution of the marketing plan and the tracking of KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze market data, competitive insights, and distributor reports.
• Provide operational support for the Mentor warranty program and ensure smooth and compliant process execution.
• Support logistics and coordination for Mentor and third-party events.
• Support in the upload and data management on to the national registry of implants.
