Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Italy is seeking a Business Development & Marketing assistant intern to support the Mentor BDM of Italy and France. You’ll assist with market analysis, promotional assets management, and event coordination within Mentor, gaining exposure to commercial processes and KPIs.

The role requires a current Master’s degree student in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering, strong English, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Current Master’s degree student in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (university internship agreement required).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with marketing tools or digital assets is a plus.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with promotional assets, digital content, or marketing workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms or data analytics tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial readiness by ensuring availability of promotional materials, tools and digital assets, in coordination with EMEA Marketing.
• Assist in the execution of the marketing plan and the tracking of KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze market data, competitive insights, and distributor reports.
• Provide operational support for the Mentor warranty program and ensure smooth and compliant process execution.
• Support logistics and coordination for Mentor and third-party events.
• Support in the upload and data management on to the national registry of implants

Purpose:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€27,600.00 - €44,045.00
