Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a proactive Marketing Intern to join the PAH Business Unit in Milan. The role supports PAH educational initiatives, marketing activities, and sales analytics while partnering with senior stakeholders.

The position offers a 6-month internship with pay, providing broad exposure to pharmaceutical marketing and business analytics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or close to completion in Business, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• As posted in EU transparency country, pay range will be provided by Talent Acquisition Team.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of PAH educational initiatives, in coordination with Medical Affairs.
• Contribute to strategic communication and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Support the preparation of sales performance reports and analyses to support the BU Head in monitoring performance, trends and business opportunities.
• Support activities related to the coordination of Area Managers operations (between Head Office and the field).
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and contribute to key PAH projects and business reviews.
