Job summary

Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), part of Fortive, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Italy North/Center region. You will manage tenders, develop accounts, and deliver pre- and post-sales support to healthcare customers.

The role requires strong English, a science/engineering background, and the ability to travel within Italy. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager for North/Center of Italy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant (technical) sales experience in medical devices is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling capital goods and consumables.
• Scientific Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out sales activities to budgets, volumes, values, product mix and timelines.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through regular visits.
• Manage tenders and responses, define strategy, pricing, samples and post-tender follow-up.
• Maintain opportunity tracking and report activities for management.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and guidance.
• Communicate and implement sales and marketing programs for region.
