Molex Genova is seeking a Mechanical Setter / Maintenance Technician to set up, adjust and maintain production and machining equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This role may involve rotating shifts.

You will read drawings, troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and participate in continuous improvements. This role may involve rotating shifts.

Formación

• Technical diploma in mechanical or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience setting up and maintaining production equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to work rotating shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, adjust, and change over mechanical production and machining equipment to meet production requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and set-up needs to support production.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
• Follow all safety, quality, and lockout/tagout procedures.
