Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and plan machining sequences.
• Select tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeep.
• Recommend process and tooling improvements.
