Aero Alliance is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Italy. You will maintain precision tools and fixtures that support shop processes and collaborate with tool engineers to refurbish and restore equipment to original specifications.
You will troubleshoot CNC machinery, manage calibration activities, and keep detailed CMMS records. The role includes supporting new product introductions and inventory management for tooling, with a focus on Lean manufacturing practices.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical technology, aerospace, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
Mansioni
- Support in rebuilding, refurbishing, and restoring fixtures to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on CNC machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records in CMMS (E-maint).
- Coordinate calibration of measuring instruments per quality standards.
- Assist in production readiness by preparing fixtures for new product introductions.
