Meta Futura Aerospace is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze and test pointing mechanisms for satellite systems. You will develop, simulate and validate designs that withstand space conditions and integrate with propulsion, actuators and electronics.

The role requires CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/CATIA) and familiarity with ANSYS, plus strong collaboration across teams to solve complex thermal, structural and dynamic challenges.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design for aerospace or space applications.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS).
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes suitable for space systems.
• Strong understanding of structural, thermal, and dynamic analysis for spacecraft systems.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to communicate technical challenges, explain rationale and/or resolve concerns.
