Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Previous experience in Structural or Mechanical Engineering is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design spacecraft structures for manned and non-manned modules.
• Perform finite element modelling using FEMAP or similar tools.
• Analyze static, dynamic, fatigue, and fracture mechanics.

Skills

Mechanical Engineering Knowledge

Knowledge of metallic and non-metallic technologies

Knowledge of aerospace design methodologies

Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. CATIA)

Full comprehensive capability of Windows Office

Knowledge of Nastran solver

Knowledge of FEM pre-post processors
