G.D, part of Coesia, is seeking a Size Parts Designer in Bologna to join the Size Parts Engineering team. You will develop and manage 2D and 3D machine size parts, supporting multiple departments with a cross-functional and agile approach.

The role requires a technical diploma (ITIS/ITS Maker), at least two years of related experience, and proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools. English knowledge at least B2 is expected, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are looking for a Size Parts Designer to join G.D's Size Parts Engineering team. The person will be responsible for developing and managing 2D and 3D machine size parts, supporting different departments and machine platforms through a cross-functional and agile approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assembly activities related to size parts and provide technical support during machine testing activities.
• Work collaboratively across departments to address technical needs related to size parts.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Technical diploma (ITIS) or ITS Maker qualification.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools.
• Good knowledge of English, at least B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Accuracy and curiosity when approaching technical activities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and an adaptable mindset.
• Experience with artificial intelligence tools is considered a plus.

Our Offer

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 35,000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate’s qualifications and fit for the role. A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
