CNH Industrial in Modena, Italy, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the R&D Driveline FPTO, Front Axles team. You will design axle components, create 3D models, and manage engineering data, supporting production from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Creo Parametric and Teamcenter experience, GD&T know-how, and strong English communication in a global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical design and product development within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Creo Parametric for 3D modeling and technical drawing creation.
• Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings including GD&T specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Design and develop axle components and assemblies.
• Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Release and manage engineering data through the Teamcenter PLM system.
• Support new product development activities from concept to production implementation.
• Drive engineering changes and product improvements based on field feedback, quality concerns, cost reduction initiatives, and performance requirements.
• Provide technical support to current production, addressing manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Collaborate with validation, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to ensure product robustness and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards and industry regulations.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for product and manufacturing issues.
