Quest Global is seeking a Mechanical CAD Design Engineer for the Aviation domain to work on site in Turin, Florence, or Brindisi. You will model mechanical components and assemblies, draft detailed drawings, and learn the customer’s procedures during onboarding, contributing to concurrent engineering initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years’ CAD experience with UG NX and Teamcenter, BOM knowledge, and strong attention to detail. EU citizens preferred for local onboarding.

Competenze

• 1–3 years’ CAD modelling & detailing experience with UG NX10 or above.
• Experience creating 3D models and drawings.
• Experience in BOM creation, updates and modification.
• Knowledge of manufacturing drawings creation and reading.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• EU citizenship required.

Work location: Turin, Florence or Brindisi
Salary range: 31000 E - 35000 E

Role Overview

The selected resource - going through an intense onboarding process aimed at developing appropriate Customer products’ knowledge, working methodologies and CAD skills, when needed - will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility.

Work Experience

Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering

Required Skills And Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in the field of CAD modelling & detailing using UG NX10 & above
• Work experience in Teamcenter- 11 and above
• Experience in creating 3D Models & Drawings
• Experience in Engineering Bill of material creation, update and modification
• knowledge on manufacturing drawings creation and drawing reading skills.
• Knowledge on the Geometric dimension & Tolerance
• Familiarity/Understanding of industry codes and standards such as ASME Y14.5
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Due to the nature of work, candidates should be EU Citizens
