Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Monselice, Italy, is seeking a planning & fulfillment analyst to support the development of planning processes and tools for the metal works unit.

The role involves detailed analyses of inventory, delivery performance, and lead times, plus collaboration with engineering to resolve issues and implement expediting. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical or related).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
• Proactive, organized with strong communication to suppliers.

Mansioni

• Perform planning and fulfillment analyses (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues.
• Implement expediting processes where necessary.
• Support Master Schedule, Material, and Operational Buyers with delivery date info.
• Compile and send weekly/monthly supplier performance reports.
• Live safety and integrity values in daily work with the team.
