Campari Group cerca uno/una stagista MRP Planner per supportare il team di Material Planning, garantire l'accuratezza dei dati di pianificazione e ottimizzare le scorte.

La risorsa lavorerà su SAP ed Excel, KPI come OTIF, Forecast Accuracy e Inventory Levels, collaborando con Plant MRP Scheduler, Procurement e Innovation. Si richiede Laurea magistrale, Inglese fluente e buone capacità comunicative; stipendio mensile 900€.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in un campo scientifico (ingegneria, economia, business administration)
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel, SAP considerato un plus

Mansioni

• Analizzare i requisiti MRP per tutti i materiali e creare richieste d'acquisto/ordini di acquisto
• Monitorare costantemente il consumo e garantire allineamento delle scorte con i report dei fornitori
• Partecipare a meeting settimanali con i pianificatori MRP degli impianti per assicurare un'esecuzione coerente delle chiamate e monitorare KPI di magazzino e scorta
• Supportare i processi Phase in/Phase out per minimizzare inventario e obsolescenza e mantenere i dati di masterdata aggiornati
• Preparare e mantenere dashboard KPI di Material Planning e analizzare indicatori di performance della supply chain
• Collaborare con Acquisti nell'analisi delle prestazioni dei fornitori e definire azioni correttive

Position Context and Mission

The MRP Planner Intern supports the Material Planning team in ensuring the accuracy of planning data and materials availability, contribuiting to inventory optimization and innovation projects. The role provides exposure to material planning processes, master data management, KPI reporting, inventory analysis, and phase-in/phase-out activities, while collaborating with Material Planners, MRP Schedulers, Supply Planners, Procurement, and Innovation teams.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

• Learn how to analyze the MRP requirements for all Material and create Purchase Requisitions/ Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Constantly monitor the consumption of existing contracts in order to guarantee stock alignment with supplier reports.
• Attend weekly meeting with Plants’ MRP schedulers to support to ensure a consistent execution of call-offs and monitor Warehouse and Stock Level KPI (stock level in pallets trend, Days of Coverage per Material Group).
• Support Phase in/Phase out processes to minimize level of Inventory and obsolescence: monitor the end-to-end workflow in order to support Plants’ MRP Scheduler to maintain masterdata (Material Status Block and Switching Date correctly updated in SAP).
• Support material planning team in weekly and monthly Masterdata sanity check in order to maintain the masterdata updated, identifying inconsistencies and missing information.
• Prepare and maintain Material Planning KPI dashboards and reports. Collect, consolidate, and support the team to analyze supply chain performance indicators, including:
• OTIF (On Time In Full)
• Forecast Accuracy
• Inventory Levels
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Procurement in analyzing Suppliers performances (throught a new model based on KPI and data collection) and defining corrective actions.

Skills and Experience required

• Master Degree in scientific area (e.g. Engineering, economics, business administration)
• Good knowledge of Excel, SAP is considered a plus
• Strong communication skills
• English is a must
• A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
