Campari Group is seeking a MRP Planner Intern to support the Material Planning team in ensuring data accuracy, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Innovation, and Supply Planning.

The role involves learning MRP requirements, maintaining master data in SAP, and preparing KPI dashboards. Candidates should hold a Master degree in a scientific field, have strong Excel skills, and fluent English. A monthly allowance of €900 is offered.

Competenze

Master Degree in scientific area (e.g. Engineering, economics, business administration).
Good knowledge of Excel, SAP is considered a plus.
Strong communication skills.
English is a must.
A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

Learn how to analyze the MRP requirements for all Material and create Purchase Requisitions/ Purchase Orders accordingly.
Constantly monitor the consumption of existing contracts to guarantee stock alignment with supplier reports.
Attend weekly meetings with Plants’ MRP schedulers to support consistent call-offs and monitor KPI like stock level and Days of Coverage.
Support Phase in/Phase out processes to minimize inventory and obsolescence; maintain masterdata in SAP.
Assist material planning team in weekly/monthly Masterdata sanity checks and identify inconsistencies.
Prepare and maintain Material Planning KPI dashboards and reports; support analysis of supply chain performance indicators (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Levels).
Collaborate with Procurement to analyze suppliers’ performance and define corrective actions.
