Alpitronic is seeking a qualified professional to manage master data governance across ERP, CRM, PLM, and related platforms. You will define data quality standards, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while collaborating with IT and business units to align data requirements with organizational goals.

The role supports ERP/CRM program planning, ensures data readiness for SAP implementation, and contributes to process optimization with automation and analytics.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; BPMN or equivalent process modeling certification is a plus
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in the field of master data management and/or business process improvement
• Experience in setup, maintenance, and quality assurance of master data across ERP and CRM systems
• Strong command of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian and/or German

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
