Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join the EMEA Ortho Marketing team for 6 months in Italy. This role offers exposure to a strategic, marketing-led growth plan across Teen and Kids orthodontics, with cross-functional collaboration across Clinical, Sales, Education, Digital and local market teams.

You will support campaigns, manage timelines, and help track performance across email, social, webinars, and content materials while learning best

Qualifications

• Master and bachelor degrees in Marketing or related field.
• Strong interest in healthcare and digital campaigns.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical mindset with Excel-based reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive and collaborative.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the EMEA Teen & Kids marketing plan.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across education, doctor engagement, sales enablement, social, email, webinars.
• Maintain trackers, calendars, assets, timelines, localization status.
• Prepare internal updates and performance reviews with clear, actionable summaries.
• Track marketing indicators such as leads, engagement, webinar attendance.
• Collaborate with local teams to collect market inputs and share best practices.
• Capture learnings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
