Belmond in Milan invites a Marketing Intern to gain 360-degree experience in luxury hospitality marketing. You will join our Southern Europe Brand Team to support regional marketing and contribute to visual storytelling across Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

You will assist in producing high-end materials, organize digital assets, support annual strategies, and work with PR, Sales, and Operations to ensure luxury brand standards are met.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management mindset; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, respect deadlines, and pay extreme attention to detail.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, with the ability to understand and evaluate "on-brand" vs "off-brand" content.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Premiere Pro or Figma will be considered a plus.

• Organize and maintain the regional digital asset libraries (images and videos), ensuring they are easily accessible for stakeholders and partners.
• Assist with the coordination of photo and video shoots, from creative briefing to image selection, ensuring the brand's aesthetic is consistently captured.
