Belmond is seeking a versatile Marketing Intern to join our Southern Europe Brand Team in Milan, offering 360-degree luxury hospitality marketing experience.

You will assist in designing materials, organizing digital assets, coordinating shoots, and supporting annual campaigns while upholding Belmond’s brand standards. English and Italian fluency and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management mindset; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, respect deadlines, and pay extreme attention to detail.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout, with the ability to understand and evaluate "on-brand" vs "off-brand" content.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or Figma is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist in design and production of high-end marketing materials (brochures, menus, flyers, banners) adhering to brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain regional digital asset libraries (images and videos).
• Coordinate photo and video shoots from brief to image selection to capture brand aesthetics.
• Support the Marketing team in annual strategies and local campaigns, ensuring luxury standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with PR, Sales, and Operations to align on initiatives and partnerships.
