Coster Group is seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Specialist to join the Group Marketing team. You will transform commercial and market information into clear insights to support better business decisions, reporting, dashboards and KPI definitions.

You will work with CRM, websites, digital channels, LinkedIn, SharePoint and events, translating complex data into actionable recommendations while collaborating with stakeholders and senior staff.

Competenze

• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills required.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, SAP C4C is advantageous.
• Strong data interpretation and business reporting capabilities.
• Critical AI literacy and ability to validate AI outputs.
• English at B2 level or above, C1 preferred.
