Cavallino Bianco is seeking a dynamic Marketing Events Coordinator to strengthen our team in Ortisei, Italy. You will organize in-house events, coordinate vendors and external collaborations, and design guest communications while maintaining brand standards.

You'll manage monthly activity programs, curate exclusive experiences for regular guests, and translate German content for the DACH market. The role offers a 40-hour week in a modern, alpine environment.

Competenze

• Must show accuracy and proactive nature.
• Experience in marketing, communications or event management required.
• Fluent or competent in Italian, German and English for client and partner communication.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multiple projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for coordination.

Mansioni

• Organize and manage in-house events (weekly and special occasions) for guests with high attention to detail and brand standards.
• Research, select and manage musicians, entertainers and external collaborations.
• Manage gadgets, signage and all event materials.
• Design and send personalized invitations and communications to guests.
• Coordinate exclusive experiences for regular guests ensuring continuity and quality.
• Plan and update monthly activity programs and manage related gadgets.
• Monitor reorders, reprints and distribution of promotional materials.
• Create or translate German texts for DACH market PR agencies and newsletters.

To strengthen our Marketing department we are looking for a dynamic, organized and creative person,

with a passion for organizing events and great attention to detail

Your professional profile:

• Accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and proactive nature.
• Previous training or experience in marketing, communications or event management.
• Good knowledge of Italian, German and English to ensure effective communication with clients and partners.
• Previous experience in coordinating vendors and managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning to logistics
• Good familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms to better coordinate work and keep everyone involved updated.

Your duties:

• Organizing and managing in-house events (weekly and special occasions) dedicated to our guests, ensuring unique experiences with attention to detail and meeting company standards.
• Research, selection and management of musicians, entertainers and external collaborations to enrich initiatives.
• Management of gadgets, signage and all materials related to event protocol.
• Designing and sending personalized invitations and communications, maintaining a professional relationship with guests.
• Coordinating and curating exclusive experiences aimed at our regular guests, ensuring continuity and quality.
• Planning and updating the monthly program of activities, including managing dedicated gadgets.
• Monitoring reorders, reprints and distribution of promotional materials.
• Creating or translating German texts for DACH market PR agencies and newsletters.
