Cavallino Bianco in Caorle, Italy, is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Event Assistant to join its Marketing team immediately. The role combines content creation, editorial calendar management, and on-site event support to entertain guests during their stay.

The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker with fluent English (German a plus), has at least 2 years in social media or event planning, and is proficient with MS Office and Adobe tools.

• Organizing photo and video shoots.
• Managing online portals and our website content.
• Supporting on-site events setup and takedown.

We’re looking for you, starting immediately: Social Media Specialist & Event Assistant

The new hire will join the Marketing department at Cavallino Bianco in Caorle.

Your professional profile:

• Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), both written and spoken (to be tested during the interview). Knowledge of German will be a significant plus.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in social media and/or event planning
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software
• Knowledge of the digital communications and social media landscape
• Creativity and the ability to adapt to new and varied situations
• Enjoy interacting with guests and a desire to create events to entertain them during their stay
  

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing a social media editorial calendar, including creating copy and photo/video content
• Scheduling content across various channels (Meta)
• Engaging with the community (DMs, comments, etc.)
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of periodic newsletters
• Managing collaborations with influencers
• Organizing photo and video shoots
• Managing online portals and our own website (photos/text)
• Support in organizing, setting up, and taking down events on-site
