Scholl Shoes is seeking a proactive Marketing internship in Milan to support our global Brand & Marketing team. You will assist in coordinating Trade Marketing activities, assist in campaigns, and help organize visuals and materials for the sales force.

You'll gain hands-on experience across communications, events, and shopper/retail collateral while learning from senior managers in a fast-paced environment. The program starts September 2026 and includes a paid internship and meal vouchers.

Mansioni

• Manage POS materials from concept to delivery to warehouse.
• Support Sr. Marketing Manager and Director in day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate packshot shoots and catalogue creation.
• Support retailers and digital Wholesale partners and Sales reps with guidelines and materials.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing all Trade events (seasonal presentations, fairs, launches).
• Prepare presentations for ongoing projects and catalogues to support the sales team.
• Assist in implementing the digital Marketing plan (email campaigns to social ads).
• Assist in special store implementations (pop-ups, corners, shop-in-shop).
• Coordinate execution of visual merchandising from brief to setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Point of Sales Materials (including: catalogues, shoppers, displays…) from idealizing concept to physical delivery to warehouse;
• Support Sr. Marketing Manager and Director in all the day-by-day activities;
• Coordinate and follow packshot shootings and the creation of the catalogues
• Support to retailers, digital Wholesale partnersand Sales reps in order to provide guidelines, tools and materials needed (e.g. pictures, gwp, social contents…);
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders;
• Support in organizing all the Trade events (seasonal presentations, fairs, product launches…);
• Prepare presentation for the ongoing projects and catalogues to support the sales team;
• Support the implementation of the digital Marketing plan (from e-mail marketing campaigns to social ads)
• Support into the realization of special store implementation (including pop-up, corners, shop-in-shop…);
• Coordinate the execution of visual merchandising process (from initial brief to validation set-up).

PROFILE:

• Good knowledge of Office suite;
• Languages: Italian and English a must. Additional language a plus;
• Able to manage priorities and respect deadlines;
• Ability to manage, challenge and keep accountable external suppliers;
• Collaboration and team-work mindset;
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
