Beiersdorf SpA in Milano is offering a Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern position focused on turning consumer insights into impactful in-store experiences and supporting product launches. You will analyze sales data, track campaigns, and work with Marketing and Sales to align activities with brand goals.

Ideal candidates are business/marketing/economics students or recent graduates with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent in Italian and English, eager to learn, and ready to contribute

Your Tasks

As a Shopper & Customer Marketing Intern, you'll help transform consumer insights into impactful in-store experiences, support product launches, and work closely with teams shaping the future of skincare. What you'll do:

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, and in-store campaigns
• Analyze monthly sales and product performance data
• Identify opportunities for growth and share recommendations with the team
• Track campaign effectiveness and help optimize future initiatives
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure trade activities align with brand priorities and commercial objectives
• Contribute ideas and insights during cross-functional meetings
• Support the development of clear, visually appealing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners
• Monitor competitor activities, industry innovations, and consumer trends
• Share actionable insights to help keep our brands relevant and competitive
• Learn, grow, and develop: participate in training sessions and development opportunities to build expertise in trade marketing, retail activation, and commercial strategy

Your Profile

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Passion for skincare, beauty and consumer trends
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Previous internship or experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Sales is a plus
