Abbott Laboratories in Italy seeks a Market Access Specialist to help ensure patient access to Abbott's medical devices across Italy. You will monitor regulations, assess economic impact, and collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to support reimbursement pathways.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Market Access or Health Economics, fluency in Italian and English, and a solid understanding of the Italian healthcare system.

• Bachelor's in Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields; Master's preferred.
• 2–5 years in Market Access, Health Economics, Pricing or Reimbursement in pharma/medical devices.
• Strong analytical, communication and regulatory understanding of the Italian healthcare system.

• Work closely with Marketing and Clinical teams to build strong value messages for products and solutions.

• Develop economic tools, cost analyses, and insights that guide local strategies and strengthen positioning.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Master’s preferred.

Experience (2–5 years)

• Experience in Market Access, Health Economics, Pricing, or Reimbursement within the pharma, biotech, or medical devices sectors.
