Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA in Nonantola, MO, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to bridge Engineering, Operations, and Production. You will evaluate feasibility, define manufacturing approaches, and coordinate tooling needs to turn concepts into production-ready processes.

The role requires mechanical engineering background, CAD/CAM proficiency, and hands-on experience with machining. You will collaborate across departments and suppliers to ensure timely, effective implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Feasibility & engineering support: assess if designs can be produced efficiently.
• Technical drawing & 3D model interpretation to identify best manufacturing approach.
• Tooling management: coordinate requests with suppliers and track delivery.
• Production & shop floor support: work with production teams and verify machine setups.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Tooling, and Production.
