Schneider Electric is seeking a Quality Management professional in Veneto to oversee manufacturing quality, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure that customer requirements are met from development through production.

You will coordinate corrective actions, investigate root causes, and collaborate with Service and Product Development teams to sustain quality across projects. Strong English skills and a technical degree are required to succeed in this role.

Competenze

  • Degree in a technical or scientific field such as Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering or HVAC.
  • Open mindset and strong self-discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to team projects.
  • Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; additional software skills are a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.

Scope:

· Ensuring effective Quality Management across manufacturing processes, consistently meeting Schneider Electric standards and customer expectations.


· Driving the continuous improvement of products and manufacturing processes based on customer requirements and satisfaction, in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering (Methods & Time) Team and the R&D/Technical Antenna Team.


· Defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address customer-reported issues and prevent their recurrence.


· Identifying the root causes of quality issues through in-depth analysis and monitoring of improvement plans.


· Collaborating with the Service Team to ensure timely and effective customer support.


· Working closely with the Product Development Team to ensure that new products and processes meet quality requirements and customer expectations from the earliest stages of development.


Background & skills:


  • Degree in a technical or scientific field (such as Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical…) or HVAC or similar technical relevant education

  • An open mindset and a high degree of self-discipline

  • Ability to work effectively with various departments and contribute to team projects.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

  • Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.

  • Good IT proficiency, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; additional software and digital platform skills would be considered an advantage.

  • Good written and spoken English skills
