Rockwell Automation Italy is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide daily technical support to production teams, ensuring efficient processes and equipment reliability. You will lead time studies, analyze routings, and drive improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop standard work, and maintain ERP documentation. A technical diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing are required, with proficiency in Excel and basic English.

Competenze

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in methods and time analysis, labor standards, or industrial engineering activities.
• Read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production data analysis.
• Basic English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
• Perform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards.
• Analyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Develop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Monitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions.
• Help implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Train operators on new processes, and work instructions.
• Help maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.
