Astradyne is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to define, implement, and continuously improve the processes behind our lightweight foldable solar panels. You will ensure structured, documented manufacturing operations that meet high quality and efficiency standards.

You will collaborate with design and prototyping teams, translate technical knowledge into robust procedures, and work with external suppliers to maintain consistent quality across the supply chain.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Materials Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality role.
• Experience with quality control methods and non-conformance management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Define, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and assembly procedures for foldable solar panels.
• Establish and enforce quality control checkpoints throughout production flow.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate knowledge into repeatable work instructions.
• Identify process inefficiencies, failure modes, and bottlenecks; implement improvements.
• Maintain traceable production documentation, including process sheets and BOMs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements.
• Contribute to Design for Manufacturability reviews and early risk flagging.
• Support continuous improvement and scalability of manufacturing operations.
