Videndum plc, an international group serving the image capture and content creation market, is seeking a Process Engineer for the Assembly Department. You will design and optimize assembly processes, support the introduction of new (mostly mechanical) products, and ensure excellent quality standards for customers.

Collaborating with R&D, Industrial Engineering, and Quality, you will define production methods, analyze costs, transfer technology to mass production, and drive continuous improvement

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management or related field.
• Proven experience in assembly/manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Definition and implementation of production processes with operating standards and layout.
• Cost analysis and investment sizing in machinery and equipment with R&D targets.
• Technology transfer from design/prototyping to mass production.
• Collaboration with R&D to ensure manufacturability and performance.
