You will lead IT professionals, drive digital initiatives including the S4G program, monitor regulatory compliance (GxP), manage budgets, and collaborate with global platforms to boost sustainability and competitiveness within Boehringer Ingelheim's network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or Automation.
• At least 5 years' experience with senior management within Business and IT.
• Strong IT systems knowledge including Windows, Terminal Server, Oracle/SQL databases, Java, antivirus, backups, and monitoring tools.

• Act as the primary IT interface for site leadership communities, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
• Lead, develop, and coach IT professionals, promoting organizational flexibility and growth.
• Drive the execution of digital initiatives, especially the S4G program, with integration to global platforms.
