Job summary

You will collaborate with design, development, and production teams, apply lean methods, conduct time studies, and implement automation and robotics where appropriate. Fluent in English and Italian, you will train staff and maintain process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and automation technologies.
• Train production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
