Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role ideally you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,600 To 70,000. The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio will be applied to this position. Art. 32 and Art. 34 of that collective bargaining agreement relate to pay.
